Day 5

We have had a slightly less manic day today as we took The Circle Line cruise on The Hudson River which took nearly 2 hours

After leaving the ship we took a walk up to Times Square again and passed (and had early lunch in) Carlo's Bakery (Cake Boss Café) nearby

Later on we took the bus tour to make sure we had seen everything and learnt everything that there was to know - we more or less had.

Back at the hotel we packed or things ready for an early start in the morning to catch the Amtrak train from Penn Station to Boston South, a 4hr 10min journey through the New England countryside.  We said our final farewell with a meal out in a health food café near the hotel having felt the need for something healthy after NY dining!
